5. Shipping & Delivery

ONiO ships internationally. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with Norwegian consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product (right of withdrawal).

• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the return.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.
• Custom or personalized products may not be eligible for return.
